Much controversy abounded this weekend and will somebody PLEASE bring a rule book. Commissioner Simon tells me that if I had taken the unsportsmanlike action of officially protesting in writing during the game, we'd have to play it again from a runner on second in the top of the third. When the ump calls you out for an infraction it is a dead ball.

Yomuiri Giants (Schmuck-Miller) 10 vs '62 Giants (Terralini) 5

The Japanese Giants continued their winning ways slapping 14 hits on the Giants and catching everything in sight to back Lorne "How many outs" Johnson, Chainsaw Vargas, and Chilly's pitching to push the '62 Giants under .500 again. Randy "I didn't hit anybody this week" Saladana and Mark Gemello flung the sphere for the old guys.

Mike Miller with a double and two singles led Yomiuri. John Haines, Carl Vargas and Chilly each had two hit days to back up coach Miller. Dave Montelatto smacked a double while Matt Schmuck, Bob Lanterman, Mark Travis, Bob Dunlop, and Rich Weil each chipped in singles to complete the pounding of the '62 guys.

The '62 Giants managed just four f#@$&ng hits!!! Randy Wallace crushed a double. Greg Terra, Mark Gemello, and Andrew Greenlee hit singles for the meagher Giant attack,.

Oakland A's (Boomer) vs San Francisco Giants (Bennett-Lee)

I have absolutely no idea what happened. I went with my team to Rafters in "uptown" San Rafael and drank beer. See gokeller.com.

KANGAROO COURT

#1. Lorne Johnson twice forgot the number three as in it takes three strikes to make an out and three outs to end the inning.

#2.Bob the ump, wrong call.
